How long will my item take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and are shipped on a 48hour (non-guaranteed) service.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship orders within the UK.

However, If you live outside the UK and wish to place an order then please Contact Us for a quote.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code.

Tracking information is emailed to the email address that was provided when placing the order.

How can I qualify for free shipping?

Free Shipping is available on all orders over £75.

How can I adjust shipping information on my order?

If you need to adjust shipping information on your order then please Contact Us as soon as possible.

Orders yet to be dispatched may be adjusted prior to shipping.

If your order has already been dispatched then adjustments to shipping may delay transit times and/or incur additional fees.

NOTE: To prevent fraud, we may require proof of address to adjust shipping information.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately we do not offer order collections from our fulfilment centre.

What happens if I am not able to receive my order?

We advise customers to monitor tracking information for updates on delivery windows.

If you are not able to receive your order then typically couriers will leave a note outlining next steps, whether this be leaving the item with a neighbour, in a safe location, or detailing their intentions to redeliver.

This information is also found via the tracking link sent out on dispatch.

Why has only part of my order arrived?

In some instances, we may ship orders in separate packages. Occasionally these separate packages may arrive at different times.

What happens if my items are damaged or missing?

Returns

How long is the returns window?

Our window for returns is 30 days.

What items can I return?

All items (apart from sale items) can be returned within the 30 day window.

To qualify for a full refund items must be returned within the 30 day window and arrive in a new, resalable condition.

Who pays the cost of return postage?

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage unless the item is found to be defective or damaged.

NOTE: Refunds for defective or damaged goods are issued after the goods have been returned and inspected by a member of our team.

What is the process for returning an item?

To return an item, please carefully package and ship the items to:
