Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

 Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. However, certain Items may take up to 14 days for processing – where this is the case, this will be outlined on the product description. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free UK Shipping is offered on all orders exceeding £75.

*Large or ‘dangerous goods’ items such as bikes or Lithium-Ion Batteries may be exempt from this offer.

Shipments to UK

 Radhouse currently ships to addresses within the UK. If you live outside the UK, but wish to place an order, then please Contact Us for a quote.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Radhouse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

Radhouse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, or if your order gets lost in transit then please Contact Us to assist with putting in a claim with the courier company.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Any photographic evidence that can be gathered of damaged goods or packages should be shared with radhouse to assist with the claim.
