Description

This dirt racer clutch kit from EBC Brakes provides consistent drive engagement and control for off-road use. The DRC Dirt Racer design and alloy-impregnated, heavy-duty cork-based friction construction balance bite, modulation and durability under heat. Supplied as a kit including friction plates, steel separator plates and heavy-duty clutch springs, it is suitable for off-road ATV and motorcycle clutch applications and has no stated road-use approval where applicable.

Anti-swell, alloy-impregnated cork-based facings for smooth engagement and improved heat resistance
Designed to allow modulation and reduce snatch compared with paper-type friction materials
Steel separator plates included to help maintain correct stack height and reduce oil contamination from plate wear
Swaged aluminium carriers to spread load across the clutch basket and help reduce basket “dogging”
Heavy-duty clutch springs uprated by around 10–15%
Not for use with fully synthetic oil
