This dirt racer clutch set from EBC Brakes provides consistent drive engagement and control for off-road use. The DRC Dirt Racer design and alloy-impregnated, heavy-duty cork-based friction construction balance bite, modulation and durability under heat. Supplied as a kit including friction plates, steel driven plates and heavy-duty clutch springs, it is suitable for off-road motorcycle and ATV clutch applications and has no stated road-use approval where applicable.

Features

Anti-swell, alloy-impregnated cork-based facings for smooth clutch take-up and controlled modulation
Pin-planished steel driven plates to improve oil spread across clutch surfaces and reduce heat fade
Full kit format to restore correct clutch stack height rather than replacing plates only
Heavy-duty clutch springs uprated by around 10–15% to maintain clamping force under load
Friction plates should be pre-soaked in drive-case oil before installation
