Constructed from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened to 58–62 Rc for superior strength and longevity.
Advanced design includes side scalloping and vent slots to minimize high RPM bearing race distortion.
Double-forged rods enhance grain flow and dimensional consistency.
Shot-peened and double-honed for increased strength under heavy loads.
Double-drilled small ends provide enhanced lubrication and cooling for the wrist pin bearing.
Silver-coated thrust washers and crank pin bearings improve lubricity and reduce wear.
Complete kit includes rod, crank pin, crank pin bearing, top end bearing, and thrust washers for a comprehensive rebuild.
