Heavy-duty connecting rod kit designed for KTM 65 SX (2003-2007) and KTM 65 XC (2002-2008) models. This premium replacement kit delivers exceptional durability and performance, including all components required for a complete rebuild.

Features:

Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened to 58-62 Rc for enhanced strength.
Advanced design with side scalloping and vent slots minimizes high-RPM bearing race distortion.
Double-forged rods ensure improved grain flow and dimensional consistency.
Shot-peened and double-honed for superior strength under heavy loads.
Small ends are double drilled to provide extra lubrication and cooling of the wrist pin bearing.
Thrust washers and crankpin bearings feature silver coating for added lubricity.
Complete kit includes rod, crankpin, crankpin bearing, top-end bearing, and thrust washers.
