Double-forged rods improve grain flow and dimensional consistency.
Shot-peened and double-honed for enhanced durability under heavy loads.
Small ends are double-drilled for superior lubrication and cooling of the wrist pin bearing.
Thrust washers and crank pin bearings are silver-coated for added lubricity.
