Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened to 58-62 Rc for exceptional strength.
Advanced design includes side scalloping and vent slots to minimize high-rpm bearing race distortion.
Double-forged construction enhances grain flow and ensures dimensional accuracy.
Shot-peened and double-honed rods provide superior strength under heavy loads.
Double-drilled small ends deliver improved lubrication and cooling of the wrist pin bearing.
Silver-coated thrust washers and crank pin bearings enhance lubricity and durability.
