Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened to 58–62 Rc for superior durability.
Advanced design with side scalloping and vent slots minimizes high-RPM bearing race distortion.
Double-forged rods enhance grain flow and maintain consistent dimensions.
Shot-peened and double-honed for added strength and reliability.
Small ends are double-drilled for improved lubrication and cooling of the wrist pin bearing.
Thrust washers and crank pin bearings are silver-coated for enhanced lubricity.
Complete kit includes rod, crank pin, crank pin bearing, top-end bearing, and thrust washers.
