A premium Hot Rods connecting rod kit designed specifically for Kawasaki KX500 models from 1983 to 2004. This kit provides exceptional durability and precision engineering to meet the demands of high-performance riding under heavy loads.

Features:

Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened to 58-62 Rc for maximum durability.
Advanced design with strategically placed side scalloping and vent slots to minimize bearing race distortion at high RPMs.
Double-forged rods ensure improved grain flow and dimensional consistency.
Shot-peened and double-honed for superior strength and longevity.
Small ends feature double drilling for enhanced lubrication and cooling of the wrist pin bearing.
Silver-coated thrust washers and crank pin bearings for reduced friction and added lubricity.
Complete kit includes rod, crank pin, crank pin bearing, top-end bearing, and thrust washers.
