Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened to 58-62 Rc, the rods feature advanced scalloping and vent slots in the big end to minimize bearing race distortion at high RPMs. Double-forged rods improve grain flow and dimensional consistency, while shot-peening and double-honing enhance strength for heavy-load applications.

The small ends are double-drilled for optimal lubrication and cooling, critical for wrist pin bearings in high-stress conditions. Silver-coated thrust washers and crank pin bearings add lubricity and reliability. The kit is sold complete with all necessary components for installation.
