The Hot Rods Connecting Rod Kit 8609 is a premium replacement designed for Honda TRX400EX and TRX400X models. This kit offers exceptional strength and durability, engineered to withstand heavy loads and high-performance demands.

Features:

Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened to 58-62 Rc for maximum durability.
Advanced design incorporates side scalloping and vent slots to minimize high RPM bearing race distortion.
Double-forged rods ensure improved grain flow and dimensional consistency.
Shot-peened and double-honed for superior performance under heavy loads.
Small ends are double-drilled for enhanced lubrication and cooling of the wrist pin bearing.
Thrust washers and crank pin bearings feature a silver coating for added lubricity.
Complete kit includes rod, crank pin, crank pin bearing, top-end bearing, and thrust washers.
