Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened to 58–62 Rc for superior strength.
Advanced design incorporates side scalloping and vent slots to reduce high RPM bearing race distortion.
Double-forged rods ensure improved grain flow and dimensional consistency.
Shot-peened and double-honed for enhanced strength under heavy loads.
Double-drilled small ends improve lubrication and cooling for the wrist pin bearing.
Silver-coated thrust washers and crank pin bearings for enhanced lubricity and reduced friction.
Includes rod, crank pin, crank pin bearing, top end bearing, and thrust washers for a complete rebuild solution.
