Connecting rod rebuild kit for Suzuki RM 250 (1986–1995) and Suzuki RMX 250 (1989–1998) models. Engineered for high performance, this kit delivers exceptional reliability and strength under heavy loads.

Features:

Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 material and case-hardened to 58-62 Rc for superior durability.
Advanced design includes side scalloping and vent slots to reduce high RPM bearing race distortion.
Double-forged rods improve grain flow and maintain dimensional accuracy.
Shot-peened and double-honed for enhanced strength and durability.
Double-drilled small ends provide superior lubrication and cooling of the wrist pin bearing.
Silver-coated thrust washers and crank pin bearings for added lubricity.
Complete kit includes connecting rod, crankpin, crankpin bearing, top-end bearing, and thrust washers.
