Heavy-duty connecting rod kit designed for Kawasaki KXF250 (2004-2009) and Suzuki RMZ250 (2004-2006) models. This high-quality replacement kit ensures exceptional durability and performance, including all necessary components for a complete rebuild.

Features:

Complete kit includes rod, crankpin, crankpin bearing, top-end bearing, and thrust washers.
Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened to 58-62 Rc for superior strength.
Strategically designed side scalloping and vent slots minimize high-RPM bearing race distortion.
Double-forged rods ensure improved grain flow and dimensional consistency.
Shot-peened and double-honed for enhanced strength under heavy loads.
Small ends are double drilled for optimal lubrication and cooling of the wrist pin bearing.
Thrust washers and crankpin bearings feature a silver coating for increased lubricity.
