The Hot Rods Connecting Rod Kit 8691 is a high-performance replacement kit for Honda TRX 250 series ATVs, designed to provide superior strength and reliability in demanding conditions. Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened for durability, this kit includes all components needed for a complete connecting rod replacement.

Features:

Constructed from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel, case-hardened to 58-62 RC.
Advanced caged needle roller bearing design for high-RPM performance.
Big end features side scalloping and vent slots to reduce bearing race distortion at high RPM.
Shot-peened for durability and to eliminate surface stress risers.
Double-honed bearing surfaces ensure ultra-round reliability.
Double-drilled small ends for improved lubrication and cooling of wrist pin bearings.
Includes silver-coated bronze phosphor thrust washers for added lubricity.
