Heavy-duty connecting rod kit designed for Yamaha YZ250 (1983-1989) models. This high-quality replacement kit is built to withstand demanding conditions, providing reliability and durability. It includes all components necessary for a complete rebuild.

Features:

Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened to 58-62 Rc for enhanced durability.
Advanced design with side scalloping and vent slots minimizes high-RPM bearing race distortion.
Double-forged rods ensure improved grain flow and dimensional consistency.
Shot-peened and double-honed for superior strength under heavy loads.
Small ends are double drilled for improved lubrication and cooling of the wrist pin bearing.
Thrust washers and crankpin bearings feature a silver coating for added lubricity.
Complete kit includes rod, crankpin, crankpin bearing, top-end bearing, and thrust washers.
