Heavy-duty connecting rod kit designed for KTM 350 EXC-F (2014-2016) and KTM 350 XCF-W (2014-2016) models. This high-performance OE replacement kit ensures reliability, strength, and durability for demanding applications, including all necessary components for a complete rebuild.

Features:

Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened to 58-62 Rc for superior strength and durability.
Double-forged rods improve grain flow and maintain dimensional consistency.
Advanced caged needle roller bearing design ensures high-RPM performance.
Big end design with side scalloping and vent slots minimizes bearing race distortion at high RPM.
Shot-peened to eliminate surface stress risers and smoothly blend rod forging radiuses.
Double-honed for ultra-round bearing surfaces, enhancing reliability at high RPM.
Small ends are double drilled for additional lubrication and cooling of the wrist pin bearing.
Complete rod assembly includes rod, crankpin, crankpin bearing, top-end bearing, and silver-coated bronze phosphor thrust washers.
