Includes rod, crank pin, crank pin bearing, top-end bearing, and thrust washers.
Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened to 58–62 Rc for exceptional strength and durability.
Advanced design with side scalloping and vent slots to reduce high RPM bearing race distortion.
Double-forged rods improve grain flow and maintain dimensional accuracy.
Shot-peened and double-honed for superior strength under heavy loads.
Small ends are double-drilled for enhanced lubrication and cooling of the wrist pin bearing.
Thrust washers and crank pin bearings are silver-coated for added lubricity and wear resistance.
