Premium Hot Rods connecting rod kit designed for Honda TRX420 Rancher and TRX500 Foreman models. Built with advanced engineering, this kit ensures reliable performance, durability, and precision, making it an ideal replacement for high-performance and demanding applications.

Features:

Manufactured from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel and case-hardened to 58–62 Rc for durability.
Incorporates the latest caged needle roller bearing designs for high RPM reliability.
Big end design includes side scalloping and vent slots to minimize bearing race distortion under high RPM conditions.
Shot-peened to eliminate surface stress risers and blend rod forging radiuses.
Double-honed bearing surfaces ensure ultra-roundness for high RPM performance.
Small ends are double-drilled to enhance lubrication and cooling of the wrist pin bearing.
Complete assembly includes rod, crank pin, crank pin bearing, top-end bearing, and silver-coated bronze phosphor thrust washers.
