This VintCo cylinder sleeve is a USA-made cast-iron replacement sleeve for 1973-1974 Honda CR250 Elsinore models, intended to restore worn or damaged original cylinders on vintage machines. Manufactured for VintCo by Advanced Sleeve using modern materials and manufacturing methods, it is designed for OEM-equivalent fitment and performance. Dimensional information is provided for installation by an experienced and qualified machinist, and the correctly angled ports reduce the amount of port-matching work required. The sleeve can be bored and honed to suit the stock-size VintCo piston kit.
