This VintCo cylinder sleeve is a cast-iron replacement sleeve for the 1976 Yamaha YZ80, intended for vintage applications where a complete replacement cylinder may be difficult to obtain. Made in the USA for VintCo by Advanced Sleeve, it is manufactured using modern production methods for OEM-equivalent fitment and performance, with correctly angled ports to reduce port-matching work. It is intended for installation by an experienced and qualified machinist and can be bored and honed to suit a stock-size VintCo piston kit.
