Our Disc Brake Conversion Kit is designed for a Honda utility and is the easiest, most affordable kit on the market. This is the same style kit that is now integrated into the newer bikes. This kit requires no welding or modifications to your quad. It is an easy installation and can be done with simple, everyday hand tools. The Disc Brake Conversion Kit comes with all necessary hardware, easy-to-follow instructions and sintered bronze pads for extended life.
This fits multiple other Honda models with a 12" steel wheel; this is not recommended for OEM aluminum wheels.

Application:
All Honda 4×4 Utility ATV’s with a solid rear axle, rear drum brakes adjacent to the right rear wheel, and 12″ or larger wheels, including:
• TRX350 4×4 (approx. 1990s–2003)
• TRX400 FOREMAN 4×4 (approx. 1998–2004)
• TRX420 FourTrax 4×4 through 2013 (Does NOT fit models equipped with Independent Rear Suspension)
Does NOT fit:
• Models with rear drum brakes mounted on a swing arm
• 2×4 models
• TRX420 4×4 (2014+)
• TRX500 Foreman 500 (2014+)
• TRX520 Foreman 520 (2020+)
