KTM EXC/EXC-F 2017-2023 70mm Swingarm Extension CNC Alloy Blocks (TIG Weld-In)
YOU ARE JUST PURCHASING THE BLOCKS, NOT THE SWING ARM
Precision-engineered from 6061 T6 aluminum, these CNC-machined swingarm extension blocks offer superior weldability. While 7075 aluminum is stronger, 6061 provides the ideal balance of strength and ease of welding for a secure, reliable installation.
Designed to extend the swingarm by 70mm, these blocks were originally developed for KTM-based sidecars by TAG-Z Motorsports. They are also widely used by dune riders for improved stability on high-power bikes and in hill climb applications.
Compatibility:
- Fits KTM EXC & EXC-F PDS swingarms from 2017-2023 OEM Reference: 79604030044
- Will not fit linkage swing arms
Installation Requirements:
- Requires cutting the swingarm and TIG welding the extension blocks into place
- Must be installed by a skilled fabricator
- Full preheating of both the swingarm and extension blocks is essential for a proper weld

- Additional charges will be applied for cleaning and stripping the swing arm if not supplied clean and bare.
